This Bich Bass was made in the 3rd quarter of 1979.
Wings are Koa,neck is Flame Maple,fretboard is Brazilian Rosewood.

Brazilian Rosewood was usually used for the fretboard on '70's to early '80's models.
By now, It is a very luxurious specification. It become a very expensive guitar by only
Brazilian Rosewood is used. Very high-level woods were used generously for old BCRs.
No longer available these high level solid woods.
Also it was all handmade one by one, the shape of the neck grip is all different .
